running 2.2.5-stable

i keep getting a message when running fsck saying

unreferenced file I=57401 mode = 100322

clear (y,n) i press "y"

then it gives me free block counts not correct
and a few other errors so i select yes to salvage them
and reboot, run fsck again and same errors pop up.

i thought i cleared the file and salvaged everything else.

how do i fix this?
