As a novice to the whole FreeBSD/Linux thing, I would have to say from
looking at binary archives that FreeBSD is the more common platform.
One problem is that the Linux shell automatically recognizes the WD7000
SCSI card whereas the FreeBSD does not at all. Any solutions? I am
interested in using FreeBSD, but am presently more interested in Linux
because of its ease of use upon installation.
