I know you folks are extremely busy, so an answer is not a priority, but if you have the time, I'd like some information. I currently am working on a contract for a very large financial company and we are setting up some programs to report on Web metrics and URL activity. It's part of our e-commerce group. Currently we are using a combination of software, such as Analog, NetSaint, and some home grown Perl packages. I am curious to know what you folks use to measure and trend your web activity with. What software or packages do you use to collect and analyze all of the traffic you receive in a day? Since your site is one of the busiest in the world, I figured you would be a good choice for information. So, if you get half a chance, could you drop me a line and let me know what your using to measure your web activity with? Thank you. -- Karl E.
