I'd like to make an OPTION for this in neovim, but there would be a circular dependency in the TEST_DEPENDS. What would you think about removing neovim from the py-pynvim TEST_DEPENDS? It would necessarily break 'make test' for py-pynvim, but the option would be a benefit to end-users.
