I let the computer download all the components for StarOffice52 in the ports last night... I ran the install, very micro$oft like looking. After the install, I ran the make install-user on my "normal" account and then tonight, decided I would see what it looks like, but only it won't run! I get: # make install-user ELF binary type "0" not known. Abort trap *** Error code 134 (ignored) I have added $HOME/office52 to my path... I guess it's something to do with the Linux compatibility? But why would the install and make instal-user work last night but not tonight? I've been messing around trying to get PPPoE working (gave up after 5 kernel compiles later) and went back to a known good kernel, but surely that shouldn't muck up StarOffice? =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Scary Gerry -- Senior Systems Manager freymann@scaryg.shacknet.nu Now enjoying FreeBSD 4.3RC2 along with GNOME and starfish Windows manager -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
