I've just reviewed all the messages I have from you in my -doc archive, and I don't see what's caused you to come to this conclusion. As far as I can tell, the only thing we've disagreed on is how to handle the bibliographic stuff. That discussion petered out because you wanted a solution that worked for you immediately, and I wanted something that was more in keeping with the philosophy behind the markup. At the time, I had no examples to demonstrate what I was talking about. Since this is now somewhat closer to implementation than it was last time, I think it's appropriate to discuss it in more detail now.
