/stand/sysinstall will installed precompiled packages based on the RELEASE
version of the /usr/ports, which shouldn't change after the release.

cvsup will update your /usr/ports area with all the changes that have been
made on the STABLE (since you are running FreeBSD 4.5).  This should
give you a updated /usr/ports area which is in sync with the STABLE tree.
