Synopsis: "ata" unrequested increase in xDMAx speed due to channel reset

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed
State-Changed-By: sos
State-Changed-When: Thu Jan 5 00:42:37 UTC 2006
State-Changed-Why:
A channel reset clears all knowledge of the device, hence it cannot
(and should not) remeber any changes done to it prior to a reset.
