Hello, After my latest round of portupgrading, SquirrelMail gave following error when trying to login: Error connecting to IMAP server: tls://localhost. 0 : Unknown error: 0 In the Apache error log I found [Sun Oct 31 11:06:44 2004] [error] PHP Warning: fsockopen(): php_stream_sock_ss l_activate_with_method: failed to create an SSL context in /usr/local/www/squirr elmail/functions/imap_general.php on line 445 [Sun Oct 31 11:06:44 2004] [error] PHP Warning: fsockopen(): failed to activate SSL mode 2 in /usr/local/www/squirrelmail/functions/imap_general.php on line 44 5 Portdowngrading security/openssl from 0.9.7e to 0.9.7d_1 made it work again as before. Could someone give me a hint as to why SquirrelMail "doesn't work" with the new openssl version? The 0.9.7e version just looks like a bugfix to me. Or should I recompile some ports that rely on openssl? (FreeBSD 4.10 with apache-1.3.33, squirrelmail-1.4.3a_1, imap-uw-2004a,1, php4-4.3.9, cclient-2004a,1, cyrus-sasl-2.1.20, cyrus-sasl-saslauthd-2.1.20 - please let me know if more info is needed.) TIA, Karel.
