This is a flagrant disregard for the ports framework and it *really* needs = to be fixed. We actually saw rubygems timeout on synth watchdog under extreme contention because it was building when it shouldn't. speaking of "timeouts" technically, if I provide a solution to this then a = PR timeout will be in effect.=20 Is there a primary person responsible for rubygems?
