I am trying to get a program written in java to work under FreeBSD. The
program uses multicast, and that seems to be the problem. Does jdk1.1 for
FreeBSD work with multicast? The error message i get is:

Error creating netgroup, java.net.SocketException: Undefined error: 0

The program i'm trying is called mIR and is written by Peter Parnes at CDT
here at Luleå Technical University. It can be downloaded from:
http://www.cdt.luth.se/~peppar/progs/mIR/

I hope someone know whats going on.
