The US zip codes may be either 5 or 9 digits, and there should be a - after the first 5 digits (95014-4711, for example). State codes are exactly 2 caps (so SA is formally correct, but Vic is not), and most programs check the exact code, so SA fails as well. > But for Singapore, I guess you'd leave the fields blank if they let > you.
