I wasn't thinking of Apple's actions, so much as the articles that
various web sites have about MacOS Ten Server.  While many of those
articles will talk about "BSD 4.4", I haven't noticed any of them
which mention any of FreeBSD, NetBSD, or OpenBSD.  Not even once.

Well, this seems pretty encouraging to me!
(note: I'm the main Macintosh support guy on the RPI campus, so I
have an interest in this from both the Mac and FreeBSD sides...).
