Is the Standard Template Library somehow contained in the base system of FreeBSD? I know there is the ports devel/stlport, but if it also resides in the base system (just like sendmail, perl, ssh, etc..) it would be no good idea to install it from ports, would it? But if I have to install the port, is it any good? Is it useable? I would appreciate any tips.
