I have a USB ORB drive connected and it works for the first 15 minutes or so until it spins down after inactivity even if it is mounted. the error i get is umass0: BBB reset failed TIMEOUT and then a few that are similiar. If i use the disk every so often then all is good. Is there a parmeter I can set to increase the wait for this drive to spin up? it shows up as /dev/da1s1 on 4-stable as of 2 days ago or so. I know of no way to tell this drive to not spin down or i would tell it to. To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
