I compared nbench results on AS255/233:

Digital Unix 4.0:	
MEMORY INDEX: 0.586
INTEGER INDEX: 0.570
FLOATING-POINTS INDEX: 1.326

FreeBSD 4.1:
MEMORY INDEX: 0.566
INTEGER INDEX: 0.470
FLOATING-POINTS INDEX: 0.655
