To whom it may concern,

I recently had a credit report run that came back showing a past-due charge
on an account with FreeBSD that I never knew existed. Is there a way to
find out what this charge is and why it is showing up under my name? The
account seems to have been opened in September 2017 with a balance of $700.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
