>Description:

pdflib3 library (as required by php, for example) tries to fetch pdflib-3.03.tar.gz from the source sites. However, the
master distribution site no longer has this tarball, only pdflib-4.0.1.tar.gz.

>How-To-Repeat:
cd /usr/ports/print/pdflib3 ; make fetch

>Fix:
Since it's named 'pdflib3' there's no point to upgrading it to pdflib 4.0.1. I guess there needs to be a new port for pdflib4
and this one should go away. If noone else is already working on this, I will make an attempt at it. (I cc'd the maintainer
of pdflib3 on this pr in case he already has plans for the port.)
