Subject:   pine and 'rsh connection' to IMAP daemon ...

Does anyone know if there is a way of disabling that?  I use Cyrus IMAPd,
which doesn't allow for 'rsh connections', so every time I change folders,
I have to wait for it to timeout instead of just doing a proper socket
connection...
