Fix for terminal corruption in vte

When using xfce terminal to connect via mosh to a remote system running scr=
een,
sometimes the terminal text on the last line does not update and the termin=
al
text becomes corrupted.

I traced this to a known bug in vte, and found a patch to correct it here:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3D542087

This update to x11-toolkits/vte integrates this patch into the FreeBSD port=
 and
this resolves the terminal corruption issue for me.
