That -- combined with the ftp://download1.nvidia.com/XFree86/nforce/1.0-0301/ -- worked! It currently reports the status of 100baseTX, even though, according to the switch, the connection is at 1Gb. But this is such a minor issue compared to having no network at all... Could update the net/nvnet port? When 5.4 gets released, I imagine plenty of people to be in my position... Thanks! Yours, -mi
