Not sure why I switched to the xdm stuff; it may have been because xdm was able to launch you directly into X via its login screen. Anyhow, I'll play around and see what makes sense. For the time being I may have to take the long way around and logout (to root) and start back up as ~test. It would be nice (ideal) if I could type and switch accounts from ~kline to ~test. Have my familiar ctwm on my account and other environments on others.
