Question: Why does my computer freeze up part way into the install = process when I try to install FreeBSD 4.4-Release?=20 Answer: To solve this problem reconfigure the system BIOS to enable = "PNP OS", then the device probe finds all the PNP devices, including the = CDROM where the install disc is located. This change is also necessary = any time "/stand/sysinstall" or "/stand/sysinstall configPackages" is = run.
