patch upgrading ftp/curl PORTVERSION to 8.0.1

curl version 7.88.1 currently in the ports tree is affected by multiple
vulnerabilities -- which were reported about a month ago and were fixed
upstream with curl version 8.0.1 .

This patch bumps `PORTVERSION` to 8.0.1 .
