You can't do FreeBSD SMP with them.  We follow the Intel MP spec, which they
nicely tied to propietary Intel silicon.  Specifically this means the APIC
we've been talking so much about lately.  AMD/Cyrix have a competing standard
called "Open Apic", but I know of no boards using it at present.
