OTOH, it is a good size for allocation block compression. It is the same
size that Stacker uses in LZS (I should know, I ported the compression
algorithm from DOS to Mac and PowerMac).

If this is an interesting addition to FreeBSD and it does not already
exist, I am willing to work with a file system guru to implement an
unencumbered compression scheme for the *BSD world.
