Hello, While trying to configure my kernel (FreeBSD 4.1.1), I found the following option: # # Allow user-mode programs to manipulate their local descriptor tables. # This option is required for the WINE Windows(tm) emulator, and is # not used by anything else (that we know of). # options USER_LDT #allow user-level control of i386 ldt I found that aviplay from the avifile port need this option to be set also. I don't know if it matter and to whom I have to report this if it matters...
