You're preaching to the choir here.  The fact of the matter is that this
is the 'way it is', and if you want it changed, then you must provide a
fix to the XFree86 folks, which means figuring out a way to fix it
'safely' inside both XFree and FreeBSD.

The other argument is that X is inherently insecure, so if you want a
truly secure system, you shouldn't be using X.
