Unfortunately, it makes X > barely usable. I'm not involved with testing new version but I can second this issue with current version in ports. When I managed to add my TV as a second screen XFCE draws garbage instead of desktop on the second screen. E17 however worked like a charm. I mean... you sure this is not an XFCE issue? -- Sphinx of black quartz judge my vow.
