We have created a floppy with this info on it. When we boot from the floppy we can see the DPT0 device and the driver works fine. We go on to install the distributions OK. When we reboot the system for the first time from HD, it comes up and says that there is no driver assigned to the DPT controiller. When we lokk into the kernel >config window, the driver for DPT0 has disappeared. Any ideas anyone? kgb To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
