After some discussion with Giorgos, I'm rewriting my submission for docs/32229, and I'd like to refer to dhcpd.8 and dhcrelay.8, which are installed by the net/isc-dhcp3 port. Since they aren't part of the base system, there's no entity for them, and if I did add one to /usr/doc/share/sgml/man-refs.ent, it wouldn't work on the website anyway (man.cgi doesn't have them).
