I cannot reproduce this on my i386 machine running 7-STABLE from
2/8/2009. Please try the following actions and let me know if any of
them correct the problem.
- Move/delete any existing digikam database file(s)
- Move/delete the digikamrc and/or kipirc out of ${HOME}/.kde4/share/config
- Update the graphics/kipi-plugins-kde4 port to 0.2.0,1
- If crashes still occur, please obtain a backtrace from the core file
