I've looked at http://www.trl.ibm.com/projects/security/ssp/ for
Hiroaki Etoh's patch to gcc for 4.3.  This patch doesn't apply
cleanly to current source (cvsupped today) as per the
documentation (it's for 4.3, not 4.4).

So, my question is this: Is anyone maintaining this code/patch to
gcc?  If so, where may I be able to get it from?

If it doesn't exist, that's OK - I don't have the time to submit
a patch for the patch today...
