Yes, Marc Fournier <scrappy@FreeBSD.org> implemented both sides of this
change (the Makefiles / the cgi parse).

One day, I should go and update my ports to include the WWW_SITE stuff.
Honestly, like what I'm hearing from you guys I was reluctant to touch it
because I hadn't heard anything official.
