You do not need all of it, just the base parts - /usr/ports/Mk/ and /usr/ports/Tools. You can obtain it by running 'cvsup' with the sample config file in /usr/share/examples/cvsup/ports-supfile - you'll need to change the name of the CVSup server to use, and if you do not want the whole Ports collection, you can comment out the 'ports-all' line, and uncomment the 'ports-base' line instead.
