rubygem-mini_magick's patch file.

I want to use www/redmine4, but it's broken now.
So I researched dependencies of www/redmine4.
I found two issue on 'graphics/rubygem-rmagick' and
'graphics/rubygem-mini_magick'.

1. Two ports required dependency on X11. Really you want?
  - I confirmed following required dependency on rubygem-rmagick.
       graphics/rubygem-gruff
       graphics/rubygem-captcha
       www/redmine
       www/redmine4
  - I confirmed following required dependency on rubygem-mini_magick.
       graphics/rubygem-image_processing
       www/rubygem-rails52
       www/gitlab-ce

2. Each two ports required dependency on different version of ImageMagick.
So these are conflicted. I think that these are integrated dependency
   on ImageMagick6 for compatibility.
