I'm trying to access the Seagate 1.2GB harddrive, which has the Whistle Interjet OS installed with Partition Magic. Of course I can't boot the disk from a regular PC, and Partition Magic, says it's a bad disk, and only detects that it has the FreeBsd boot system I guess..and can't read the filesystem. (The IJ won't boot the disk, so I want to check it for bad sectors, and PQmagic won't let me) Is there any way I can access the disk through a program I can run from either MS-Windows, or a system I can boot from a disk or something? Or is the only way to access it by mounting the disk with a Linux system of any kind? (FreeBsd for example)? Hope you've got an answer for me :) -------------------------- Kind Regards Robert Simonsen -------------------------- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
