Below is my /etc/ppp/ppp.conf entry. Make sure that authkey and authname reflect the reality, add ppp_enable="YES" ppp_mode="ddial" ppp_nat="NO" ppp_profile="infospeed" to your /etc/rc.conf file and you should be all set. No DHCP is required, the IP address allocation will be handled by PPP.
