When enabled, with or without the settings in the extras/httpd-default.conf file, the larger files fail with the error. I have confirmed with file system snapshots the module was enabled even before the issue existed according to users, after we had done the latest pkg update of apache24 from 2.4.33 to 2.3.39. A bug? Not sure how to downgrade apache24 to test. -- Robert
