They were actually removed in two separate revisions, so I suppose we should probably mark each individually (r293441 for ct, r293439 for v6eval). I put a little bit in the Committer's Guide linking to a little database I maintain [1,2], but people quite rightly pointed out it's a pain, so I modified addport to do it automatically (addport also fixes MOVED).
