Does this one build the tcl interface to postgres (pgtclsh, etc.) or is 
one still expected to cd there, change the paths for the library 
directories and type make? It's damn bad the ports can't have conditional 
dependencies - if tk is install build pgwish, if not don't (and yes, 
there is no reason to make the port depend on tcl/tk).

I'll test it out.
