Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Sender: owner-freebsd-newbies@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.org Dear Group, I have read (some of) the FreeBSD handbook and it doesn't include any PCMCIA information. I have a Gateway and want to attempt an FTP installation, but can't find if my Linksys EtherFast 10/100 PCI Cardbus in supported. The handbook indicates that the Linksys EtherPCI card -is- supported (but is that a PCMCIA card?) How often does the handbook get updated (i.e.- is there a recent driver that had been written that hasn't been included in the handbook) ?
