Many users just write maintainers, having problem with some port
(without filling PR) and, if no response comes, they just think that
FreeBSD is not supported well. They can't reset maintainer and even
don't think about such possibility.
I am not 100% sure, but it seems even filling PR which stays for 3
timeouts does not autoreset maintainer too.
