That is really strange because vala was updated to 0.18.1 in the same 
commit that dconf to updated to 0.12. I just ran portsnap on my server 
and the vala version is correct. Could you run portsnap again to see if 
you get a updated vala port? I'm not sure what to suggest else. I will 
fix the vala check in dconf, thanks!
