It's okay but it looks somewhat redundant to put the version number

It was clear to me and I took account of it... Did you miss the below
line in the patch?
+LATEST_LINK= bind9
Also, I was trying to say that in this case you don't need to define
WRKSRC if you define DISTNAME instead of DISTFILES.
Hmm, looks like it was me who was not clear... although my patch said
it all. ;)
