Putting these differences problems in the same open bug report, and keeping it open, is very much like putting all kernel panics in the same bug report because they share the word "panic" and involve a crash (which is pretty much what is happening here). As a result, there's a bug report that describes many different problems fixed in many different ways at many different times, and is never closed.
