I thought later that it may have had something to so with
David's latest magic.  Didn't know if it was a time thing or if
something needed to be kicked.

Actually for this machine I wanted to turn it off since it only
has IDE.  It was a bit of a shock not seeing it since I thought
it had been mentioned WRT CAM, but hadn't followed the thread.
