patch to make duply work with GnuPG 2.1

It seems that duply doesn't play well with GPG 2.1, which is the default in
FreeBSD ports. It can't extract the secret key to the profile directory since
GPG now requires the key's passphrase for that.
I submitted a patch to the duplicity/duply mailing list, but don't know if and
when it's going to be included:
