Again. I understand, and it _should_ work. But it doesn't for me. I've been having this problem with Paypal for several months. I once had a paypal account, then they changed the TOS in a way I didn't like and I refused to agree to, so I requested that they terminate my account. Of course, they claimed they did. However, any time I try to use my CC to make a paypal "accountless" payment, I hit up against this problem. Apparently, the people at paypal are incapable of following their own rules (which state that I can't have an account if I don't agree to their TOS) Anyway, it's between PayPal and I, but I don't suppose it will ever get resolved, unless I sue or something, and I can't imagine there's any justification for suing. -- Bill Moran Potential Technologies http://www.potentialtech.com
