There is a bug in OpenBSD's spamd. The value for the whitelist expiration that can be set with the arguments to spamd is not used by spamlogd. It uses the hard-coded value of 36 days in grey.h. As a result if you think you are changing the time a whitelist entry is retained, you are actually not. It will always be 36 days. The easiest way to correct this is to add an argument to spamlogd with the desired value and overwrite the default.
